Coperniq is an AI-native operating platform for project-based contractors, helping them manage sales, project management, field operations, service, payments, and customer communication while deploying AI agents to automate repetitive work. The company is a YC W23 startup backed by Initialized Capital with real customers and a small, fast-moving team.
As Customer Success Manager, you will own end-to-end customer relationships and drive value realization. This is a hands-on role requiring direct collaboration with contractors, founders, engineers, and cross-functional teams. You'll operate with significant ownership and autonomy in a startup environment.
