The Nuclear Company is a Series A-funded startup pioneering AI-enabled nuclear reactor design and deployment at scale. The Vice President of Corporate FP&A will own the company's consolidated financial planning function, reporting directly to the President & CFO.
In this role, you will be the central FP&A engine for a high-growth, multi-division organization. You will own the enterprise budget, forecast, and long-range plan, consolidating divisional financial plans (Services and Deployment) into a single, board-ready corporate view. You will drive the monthly and quarterly reporting cadence, producing investor and board materials, KPI dashboards, and variance narratives that tell TNC's financial story.
Key responsibilities include: building and maintaining the enterprise KPI framework to ensure consistent metrics across divisions; supporting capital-allocation decisions through scenario analysis and long-range planning in partnership with Treasury, IR, and Commercial Finance teams; establishing institutional-grade planning and reporting processes to support the company's next stage of growth; and leading and developing the corporate FP&A team to scale with the business.

Required qualifications: 12+ years of progressive FP&A and finance experience, including a senior corporate FP&A leadership role (Head of FP&A, VP FP&A, or equivalent); proven ownership of enterprise budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans in multi-division or multi-entity companies with consolidation experience; demonstrated success building board and investor reporting materials and narratives; strong financial modeling and three-statement modeling capability; Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
