Build the post-launch communications plan.
**Investor Relations Support**: Partner with Investor Relations and Finance to ensure consistency between corporate messaging and financial communications.
**Building and Leading the Function**: Operate as a hands-on leader initially while establishing the function. Define structure, roles, sequencing, and budget for the communications team; hire and develop as the company scales. Select and manage external agencies and vendors.
