0G Labs is seeking a hands-on Growth Engineer to design and execute growth experiments, build scalable acquisition systems, and drive repeatable growth loops. This role bridges technical execution and commercial judgment—you'll identify acquisition opportunities, launch tests, build workflows, and connect results to sales and customer success outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Run Growth Experiments: Find and test growth opportunities across channels (outbound, landing pages, product-led acquisition). Design and execute experiments to increase qualified lead generation. Build landing pages, acquisition tools, automated workflows and onboarding journeys to test hypotheses. Measure outcomes through funnel tracking and conversion analysis, then communicate learnings and iterate. Build Systems: Architect end-to-end systems for lead capture, enrichment, qualification, scoring and follow-up. Own the marketing-to-sales-to-customer-success handoff, ensuring seamless data flow and context transfer. Set up CRM integrations, workflow automation, analytics and reporting using APIs, webhooks and code where needed. Troubleshoot issues, improve workflows and take responsibility for ongoing reliability. This is not a traditional software engineering role or marketing-only position. You may come from marketing with strong technical skills, or from engineering moving into growth. What matters is your ability to personally build, launch, measure and improve the work. Your toolkit might include n8n, Make, Zapier, Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, PostHog, GA4 or AI APIs. Python, JavaScript and SQL can be useful, but we care more about what you can build and how you approach problems. Requirements: - 3–6 years of professional experience in growth, technical marketing, marketing automation or engineering-led growth - Professional AI or Web3 experience: you have helped build or grow an AI/Web3 product, implemented substantive AI workflows in a professional role, or delivered AI systems for clients (beyond occasional AI use or content generation) - Demonstrated building ability: you can walk through systems you personally implemented, including integrations, automation, data flows and troubleshooting - Commercial and analytical judgment: you can define useful hypotheses, understand funnel performance and connect work to lead quality, conversion and sales outcomes - Independent execution and clear communication in English; ability to learn new tools quickly and take ownership beyond initial launch - Experience in smaller companies with limited resources and broad ownership is particularly relevant
