ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company that has raised $781M in funding and reached a $22B valuation. The company serves millions of users and thousands of businesses, including enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta, across three main platforms: ElevenAgents (voice and chat agents at scale), ElevenCreative (speech, music, image, and video generation), and ElevenAPI (AI audio foundational models). You will join the Revenue organization as a Value Strategist, a senior individual contributor role spanning the full customer lifecycle from early sales through proof of concept, deployment, renewal, and expansion. Your primary focus is ElevenAgents, though you will work across the portfolio. Your mandate is to establish the value discipline across the entire customer book—Enterprise, Mid-Market, and Commercial accounts—where value quantification is currently inconsistent or absent. You will build the frameworks, benchmarks, calculators, and playbooks that enable every seller to articulate and measure value consistently. On the most strategic accounts, you will partner with the Forward Deployed Engineering team's Deployment Strategists rather than duplicate their work; across the rest of the book, you will be the primary owner of value quantification and measurement. Key responsibilities include: partnering with Revenue teams and prospects early in the sales cycle to understand priorities and establish business cases; developing global value frameworks and discovery approaches across industries and use cases; turning bespoke work with large customers into repeatable methodologies; building rigorous financial and operational models that translate ElevenLabs use cases into measurable outcomes (revenue, cost, productivity, customer experience); establishing success metrics and measurement approaches for proofs of concept; measuring value realization post-deployment and identifying expansion opportunities; analyzing customer and industry data yourself; and communicating complex analysis to senior stakeholders internally and externally. This is not a quota-carrying role. You will work directly with customers and prospects to understand their businesses, get deep into their operations and data, and turn ambiguous business problems into clear, actionable recommendations. You will define how ElevenLabs understands, measures, and communicates customer value globally. The role is based in San Francisco with the option to work remotely, and you should expect travel up to 10% of the time for customer meetings and onsite work. REQUIREMENTS: - 10+ years of relevant experience across operating roles, strategy, management consulting, analytics, finance, customer strategy, or other roles requiring rigorous business problem solving - Strong operating judgment; ability to quickly understand a customer's operating model, workflows, economics, and strategic priorities - Exceptional analytical ability; capable of personally building sophisticated financial and operational models, working with incomplete information, making assumptions explicit, and turning analysis into decisions - Structured problem solving; comfortable starting with ambiguous questions and developing rigorous approaches to answer them - Customer credibility; ability to work directly with customers across functions and levels, ask incisive questions, challenge assumptions constructively, and establish trust quickly - Commercial judgment; understanding of how business value connects to technology investment decisions and ability to partner with Revenue teams while maintaining an objective, customer-first perspective - Excellent communication; ability to distill complex analysis into clear points of view and communicate effectively in writing and verbally to working teams and senior executives - Builder mentality; excited to do the work yourself, learn from customers, and turn what works into scalable methodologies and tools - Comfort with ambiguity and pace; ability to move quickly across industries, customer types, and use cases while maintaining high analytical rigor - Ability to operate globally; comfortable partnering with teams and customers across regions - Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% of the time BONUS EXPERIENCE: - Strategy or management consulting background, particularly in operational transformation, technology, customer experience, or growth - Operating experience within a technology company or other fast-moving business - Experience working on AI, automation, customer experience, or technology-enabled business transformation - Experience developing business cases, value frameworks, or analytical methodologies that were scaled beyond an individual project or customer - Experience working with enterprise customers on complex, cross-functional initiatives
