Lynx Financial Crime Tech is an AI-powered software company specializing in fraud detection and anti-money laundering (AML) solutions for global financial institutions. We're seeking a UX/UI Designer to join our Madrid-based team and help shape intuitive, user-centered experiences for our SaaS platform.
In this role, you'll design experiences for new features and platform improvements, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma. You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers and developers to translate business needs into user-centered solutions. Key responsibilities include identifying UX improvement opportunities through research and validation, supporting commercial presentations and marketing materials when needed, and maintaining our design system across an agile environment.
You bring a minimum of 2 years of professional UX/UI design experience with digital products, ideally in SaaS environments. You have formal training in Design, Product Design, or Digital Design, with proficiency in Figma for interface design, prototyping, and component management. You're skilled at defining user flows and designing user-centered experiences, with strong analytical thinking and a user-first mindset. You work well independently and in multidisciplinary teams, with proactive communication and a drive to identify improvement opportunities.
Desirable qualifications include experience with B2B software products, basic HTML/CSS knowledge, design system methodologies, agile workflows, user research and usability testing, and commercial design experience (presentations, infographics). Spanish is required; B2 English or higher is preferred.
