HUMAN Security is seeking a strategic Head of UX to lead the design vision for Sightline Cyber Defense platform and emerging Agentic AI products. The platform protects major commerce and content websites globally, handling over 20 trillion interactions weekly.
In this role, you will define and drive UX strategy across consumer authentication experiences and internal security team dashboards. You'll conduct user research, transform telemetry into actionable insights, and lead the complete design lifecycle from research and journey mapping through prototyping and visual design. Key responsibilities include designing frictionless yet secure authentication flows, creating sophisticated data visualizations that help security teams interpret AI-driven insights, and establishing a scalable design system across all HUMAN products.
You'll partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to ensure design consistency, technical feasibility, and high-quality implementation. This is a leadership role where you'll advocate for design-led product outcomes and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Required qualifications: 5+ years of UX/UI design experience in enterprise software, with a strong portfolio demonstrating success on data-heavy platforms, sophisticated dashboards, and complex user journeys. Deep expertise in user-centered design methodologies (user research, usability testing, accessibility standards), ability to translate complex technical concepts (cybersecurity, machine learning) into intuitive experiences, and strategic mindset partnering with Product and Engineering leadership. Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Nice-to-have: familiarity with cloud-based platforms, experience in high-growth or late-stage startup environments, and exposure to Agentic AI technologies.
