Claroty is a global leader in cyber-physical systems (CPS) protection, securing critical infrastructure worldwide. The company operates a fast-growing, award-winning team focused on innovation in cybersecurity.
As UX/UI Design Team Leader, you will lead a newly formed design team of 6 designers (3 in-house, 3 outsourced) through a critical growth phase. Your primary mission is to transform three distinct product lines into a single, unified, and mature design language. You will serve as the architect of design strategy, standardizing methodologies across the organization and mentoring mid-level designers to advance their professional capabilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing a cross-functional design team
- Creating and implementing a cohesive design language across multiple product lines
- Establishing design standards, processes, and best practices
- Mentoring and coaching designers to reach their next career level
- Bridging high-level strategic vision with high-fidelity execution
- Ensuring Claroty's user interface matches the sophistication of its underlying technology
- Collaborating with product, engineering, and leadership to align design with business objectives
This role requires a seasoned design leader who can manage both strategic initiatives and hands-on design work. You will be instrumental in maturing Claroty's design practice during a pivotal organizational phase. The ideal candidate has experience leading design teams, establishing design systems, and driving design excellence across complex product ecosystems.
