Infleqtion, a global quantum technology company, is seeking a Senior Brand & Graphic Designer to create visual materials that communicate complex quantum technology to customers, partners, investors, and employees. This is a senior individual contributor role where approximately 70% of your time will be spent personally designing and producing work, from concept through final delivery. Key responsibilities include designing and producing presentations, infographics, technical graphics, social and web assets, marketing collateral, and event materials. You will develop visual concepts through layout, revisions, and finished files ready for presentation, publication, or print. You'll create polished, editable PowerPoint presentations for executive, customer, investor, and internal audiences, partnering with marketing, technical, and business colleagues to translate complex information into visually clear and engaging materials. You will lead the development of Infleqtion's visual brand, establish a roadmap for its evolution, and provide art direction to freelance and agency partners. You'll maintain and refine visual brand guidelines, templates, and asset libraries to improve consistency across the company. You'll brief and manage freelancers and agencies for additional capacity and specialist work, including video and animation, setting deliverables and deadlines while providing actionable feedback and quality reviews. The role requires 8+ years of professional graphic, visual, or brand design experience with substantial recent work you personally designed and produced. You need a strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, typography, layout, information design, and finished execution across digital and print formats. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and PowerPoint is essential. Experience developing or evolving visual identities, managing projects from brief through final production, and using AI tools thoughtfully to explore ideas and improve efficiency is required. You should be able to translate complex technical or business concepts into understandable visuals and confidently explain design decisions while incorporating feedback from stakeholders. Preferred qualifications include experience designing for technology companies or complex B2B businesses, and experience supporting scientific, computing, investor, or national security audiences.
