Salary: CAD 226,100 - 292,600 / annual

You will lead Product Design across the Demand Partnerships and Demand Gen pillar, a senior leadership role responsible for setting vision, elevating craft, and driving strategy across multiple teams. This includes both partner-facing experiences (integrations with platforms like Lowe's, OpenAI, Gemini, real estate, and property management) and homeowner-facing acquisition and lifecycle experiences.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and scale Product Design across multiple teams and designers within the pillar
- Define and drive a clear, compelling vision and north star guiding product and experience decisions
- Mentor and develop designers on your team, coaching them to success and impact
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, Data, Business Development, and Marketing leadership to shape strategy and drive business impact
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, user-centered design solutions across teams
- Establish effective team processes, operating models, and org design to scale design impact
- Champion user-centered thinking and integrate research and data into decision-making
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years managing product designers, including senior-level talent and/or managers
- Proven track record driving product vision and strategy across complex, cross-functional environments
- High bar for visual, interaction, and systems thinking; ability to raise quality through teams
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership and influence at senior and executive levels
- Experience building and scaling high-performing, inclusive design teams
- Deep commitment to user-centered design with strong research and data partnerships
- Experience leading product design for growth and demand-generation, with track record improving acquisition, conversion, activation, and/or retention through experimentation, data, and user insight
