Skydropx is innovating logistics across Latin America, and we're seeking an experienced UX Writer (Portuguese-Spanish) to join our dynamic, multicultural team. You'll design clear, structured content for complex features, ensuring users can easily understand and navigate our product. Your responsibilities include defining and standardizing content patterns for consistency across the platform, creating AI-optimized content artifacts, and improving cross-product alignment in tone, style, and messaging. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on strategic decisions, bringing content and UX expertise to shape product direction. You bring 4+ years of UX writing experience in software or digital applications, with a degree in Communication, Literature, Marketing, or related field. You're fluent in Portuguese with strong writing skills, and you maintain an online portfolio demonstrating relevant project work. You have practical knowledge of UX methodologies (Design Thinking, user-centered design), experience creating and maintaining voice/tone manuals and style guides, and solid understanding of information architecture. You're proficient in mobile-first and responsive web design principles, can conduct and interpret user testing, and have the ability to design and improve AI-driven experiences. Excellent spelling and attention to detail are essential. Desirable skills include e-commerce experience, accessibility best practices awareness, and experience with digital products serving multiple countries. The role is fully remote with core hours Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM GMT-6 (Mexico City time), with schedule flexibility during launches and updates.
