This Product Designer role sits at the intersection of UX and design engineering. You'll design dense, real-time operational interfaces for dispatchers, ops managers, and drivers—approximately 70% web application and 30% mobile. The position emphasizes rapid iteration and early validation through working prototypes rather than static mocks.
Key responsibilities include discovering and validating customer needs through interviews and feedback analysis; designing complex operational web UIs for dispatch workspaces, routing, order management, and real-time data visualization; creating concepts and prototypes rapidly using Figma, code, and AI tools (Claude, Cursor, v0); running client-facing demos and presenting design decisions to stakeholders; contributing to design system evolution; and driving agentic AI approaches in product experiences.
You'll work embedded with engineering teams and sales, refining scope, resolving feasibility trade-offs, and maintaining quality through implementation. The team values a process mindset: Define → Build → Test → Design → Ship, validating real software early rather than following traditional waterfall approaches.
Required qualifications include 7+ years of product/UX design experience with shipped work in complex products; proven B2B product experience with complex workflows and data-dense interfaces; strong discovery skills; component-based thinking and atomic design knowledge; technical fluency working directly with engineers; daily use of LLMs and AI prototyping tools; bias for fast iteration; and clear English communication with client-facing presentation skills.
Nice-to-haves include design systems depth (tokens, variables, theming), design engineering/prototyping in code (React, Tailwind), experience with logistics or ops tooling, experience designing agentic AI/LLM-powered products, and mobile design experience.
