As a Product Design Lead on the HRIS team, you will play a key role in shaping and scaling Rippling's core HR platform, helping businesses manage their workforce more efficiently across the globe. You'll own end-to-end product experiences across high-impact areas, from core workflows like hiring and organizational data management to compliance and beyond.
You will help define a new generation of AI-first experiences, reimagining how work gets done through intelligent, proactive, and increasingly autonomous products that reduce manual effort and free customers to focus on strategic work. The role requires partnering closely with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
