Skydropx is innovating logistics across Latin America, and they're seeking a Senior UX Researcher to lead research strategy and execution. You'll design and execute both quantitative and qualitative studies that drive product innovation, working closely with Design and Product teams. Key responsibilities include: defining quantitative research objectives and metrics; designing and administering surveys and structured research instruments; analyzing large datasets using SQL, BigQuery, Excel, R, and Python to identify user patterns and behaviors; planning and evaluating A/B tests and controlled experiments; establishing and monitoring product KPIs; integrating qualitative and quantitative findings for holistic user insights; creating clear reports, visualizations, and dashboards for technical and non-technical stakeholders; applying statistical techniques like cluster analysis and segmentation to identify user groups; evaluating usability at scale using task time, error rates, and satisfaction metrics; validating design hypotheses with quantitative evidence; and continuously monitoring product performance through tracking and analytics. You'll need 2+ years of UX Research experience with web and mobile/desktop products, proficiency in both qualitative (interviews, usability testing) and quantitative (surveys, user studies) methods, intermediate-to-advanced SQL, BigQuery, and Excel skills, experience with user testing tools like Maze, knowledge of SCRUM and UX frameworks, and strong data analysis capabilities. A background in Design, UX/UI, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Marketing, Statistics, or related field is required. You should be self-directed, communicate clearly, work well in multidisciplinary teams, and be eager to learn and adapt. The role is 100% remote with core hours Monday-Friday 9 AM–7 PM CST (Mexico time).
