Resistant AI is a fast-growing fintech startup protecting AI and automation systems in financial services from fraud, manipulation, and attack. The company recently closed a Series B round led by Google Ventures, Index Ventures, and Credo Ventures.
You'll join the Prague team as a UX Designer / Researcher, combining design and research disciplines. This is a foundational role establishing UX research and product design as core capabilities at the company.
Key responsibilities include conducting customer interviews and discovery sessions to understand needs, planning and facilitating usability testing, designing user journeys and wireframes, owning and evolving the design system, and partnering with Product Managers to validate hypotheses before development. You'll collaborate with engineers throughout implementation, analyze customer behavior to identify UX opportunities, improve both customer-facing products and internal tools, and present research findings to stakeholders.
You'll work closely with Product Managers, Customer Engineers, and the Engineering team to ensure every product decision is grounded in evidence. The role balances research rigor with pragmatic delivery in a fast-moving startup environment.
Required qualifications: 3+ years in UX, Product Design, or UX Research; strong Figma proficiency; hands-on experience conducting interviews and usability testing; portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work; excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills; ability to balance research with delivery; fluent English (C1 level). Enterprise SaaS experience is advantageous.
