Veeva Systems, a mission-driven public benefit corporation and pioneer in industry cloud for life sciences, is seeking a University Recruiter to drive early-career talent acquisition across the United Kingdom, Germany, and Spain. This role is critical to building the pipeline for Veeva's Consultant Development Program (CDP), a flagship early-career initiative.
You will lead top-of-funnel candidate attraction and source diverse early-career talent from leading European institutions. Key responsibilities include proactive sourcing and outreach to identify top-tier candidates across Western Europe through direct sourcing, referral channels, and targeted campaigns. You'll review and process candidate applications, ensuring alignment with regional hiring needs.
Campus partnerships are central to this role. You will plan, attend, and execute university career events, technical fairs, and campus information sessions across target locations to position Veeva as an employer of choice. You'll build and nurture long-term referral pipelines through internal employee networks, university alumni groups, and student organizations.
Candidate experience is paramount. You will drive high-touch engagement from offer acceptance through start date, hosting monthly candidate touchpoints, facilitating cohort networking, and maximizing early visibility within the organization. You'll also continuously evaluate sourcing channels, iterate digital campaigns, and optimize hiring processes to maintain effectiveness and simplicity.
The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of talent acquisition experience with a strong focus on early-career or university recruiting across European markets. You must be based and work-authorized in the United Kingdom. You demonstrate relentless execution focus, operational excellence, and pride in moving fast with accuracy. Clear, concise communication and strong stakeholder management are essential, as is comfort with candidate assessment tools, metrics tracking, and structured pipeline management.
Nice-to-have qualifications include prior experience recruiting for software, cloud, or technical consulting services; familiarity with regional university ecosystems across Western Europe; and experience partnering with Talent Marketing on digital talent campaigns.
