Alan is a fast-growing European healthtech company building the new standard in prevention insurance, integrating insurance, prevention, and care into a single platform. The company serves 1M+ members across 40K+ companies and has reached €800M+ in ARR, with 800+ employees across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada.
The Union Relations Lead will build and animate Alan's relationships with French unions, their federations, and the broader paritariste ecosystem. This is a foundational role at an early stage of capability-building, where you'll shape the strategy and playbook from day one.
Key responsibilities include:
**Relationships & Presence**: Build trusted, long-term relationships with employee representative organizations across sectors relevant to Alan. Map the ecosystem, prioritize key interlocutors, and design engagement strategy at confederal, federal, and branch levels. Represent Alan in federations, working groups, and paritariste institutions, becoming a credible, consistent voice that social partners recognize.
**Partnership with Enterprise & Public Sector Teams**: Partner with Alan's teams serving large private employers and public sector clients. Brief them on social partner context and how Alan's offerings align with client priorities. Introduce the right contacts at the right moments in the commercial cycle, turning ecosystem relationships into commercial leverage.
**Sector Engagement & Anticipation**: Monitor dialogue at branch level and across the paritariste ecosystem, translating insights into internal clarity. Represent Alan in federations and working groups where the sector's future is discussed. Provide early, sharp internal perspective on social dialogue direction and strategic implications for Alan.
**Build & Scale**: Create and maintain a knowledge library on social partner positions, branch agreements, and paritariste institutions for Enterprise and Public Sector deal teams. Implement processes and AI tools to improve engagement quality and efficiency. Share best practices across the broader team and contribute methodologies to scaled commercial operations. Provide competitive intelligence on how social partners and competitors position themselves in key markets.
You'll work directly with founders, public affairs leadership, and enterprise/public sector teams, with real ownership from day one in one of Europe's fastest-growing tech unicorns.
