As a Partner Account Manager, you will be the key driver of Human Interest's partnership strategy, responsible for building and scaling referral relationships with tech partners, HCM platforms, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in the SMB space. Your primary focus is to develop strategic networks that generate leads and create new partnership opportunities, directly contributing to the company's exponential growth.
Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and amplifying referral relationships across multiple partner channels, creating go-to-market strategies with partners to establish business goals and performance metrics, and proactively identifying and resolving partnership issues through cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams. You'll also partner with the Partner Marketing team to design and execute innovative initiatives such as educational events, webinars, and email campaigns to drive partner sales.
You bring 2+ years of experience building and maintaining relationships with tech and HCM partners, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in the SMB space, with a proven track record in quota-driven sales environments. You are a self-motivated relationship builder who thrives independently in fast-paced, dynamic environments. You possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, are solutions-oriented, tech-savvy (Salesforce experience preferred), and demonstrate resilience and a growth mindset. You're coachable, resourceful, and comfortable getting your hands dirty to solve operational challenges.
The role requires being in the field 3 days per week and being based in Boston, MA.
