You will build and scale n8n's Service Partner ecosystem across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), creating a strong network of consulting firms and systems integrators that drives partner-sourced pipeline, revenue growth, and customer success.
Key responsibilities include:
**Partner Acquisition & Qualification**: Identify, recruit, and onboard consulting firms, boutique systems integrators, and digital agencies across DACH. Assess partner-market fit, technical capabilities, customer reach, and commercial potential. Develop relationships with senior stakeholders from founders to delivery teams.
**Enablement & Scaling**: Design and deliver onboarding, enablement, and certification programs. Support partners in building internal n8n expertise, service packages, and repeatable implementation capabilities. Create reusable resources including playbooks, toolkits, and best practices.
**Pipeline & Co-selling**: Build, track, and grow partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline. Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing. Develop joint account plans and co-selling motions for strategic customers. Co-own joint business plans with priority partners.
**Go-to-Market Activation**: Plan and execute joint campaigns, webinars, events, and regional initiatives. Build relationships with local sales and field teams. Co-create German-language content and marketing initiatives. Represent n8n at relevant partner and industry events.
**Partner Advocacy**: Act as the voice of DACH partners internally, sharing insights that shape programs, incentives, and product priorities. Use partner and performance data to improve the partner experience and operational efficiency.
Required qualifications: 8+ years in business development, partnerships, alliances, or sales within fast-scaling SaaS or technology companies, with at least 3 years working directly with services partners as a quota-carrying individual contributor. Fluent in German and English with strong understanding of the DACH technology and consulting ecosystem. Proven experience recruiting, onboarding, and scaling high-performing consulting, agency, or systems integration partners. Commercial ownership of partner-sourced pipeline or revenue targets. Thrives in fast-paced technology environments.
