Canva is seeking a Product Growth Lead for the UK market, based in their London office in Shoreditch. You will serve as the Product, Localisation and Growth Partner for UK users, acting as the voice of the UK market and champion for culturally relevant content.
In this role, you'll identify key opportunities for localisation improvements specific to the UK market and fix product funnel problems across signups, authentication, editing, and publishing. You'll collaborate with the UK team on product growth initiatives, tailor content for UK market nuances, and evaluate how global messaging, campaigns, and product experiences resonate with UK audiences. You'll provide cultural insights to global teams, work with local partners to ensure clarity and cultural nuance, and partner with internal stakeholders to develop language style guides and localisation best practices.
Canva supports over 100 languages and serves more than 100 million monthly users. The Localisation group sits within the International Supergroup and works closely with Growth and cross-functional teams across the organisation. You'll be part of a small but powerful UK team with opportunities to collaborate across specialities.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven product management experience, including owning product strategy and working in cross-functional teams
- Tertiary experience in conversion rate optimisation, as the role involves improving success rates across landing pages and user workflows for UK users
- Deep understanding of UK customer needs and opportunities
- Passion for language and culture and how these impact user experience
- Analytical mindset to evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend data-driven improvements
- Ability to thrive in flat, collaborative environments and communicate complex problems simply
- Proficiency with tech (Atlassian project management tools, basic web development) and strong writing skills
- Background in product, growth, localisation, internationalisation work, or content design
- Previous SaaS or technology company experience highly valued
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Knowledge of product growth strategies and user acquisition in the UK
- Marketing or advertising experience in the UK market
- Tertiary education in conversion rate optimisation, literature, or localisation
- Copywriting experience or experience with localisation for SaaS products
- Understanding of organic growth (SEO and WordPress)
- Design experience
