In this Product Manager role, you will own features and improvements across your product area—from requirements through engineering implementation to launch. Your core focus is identifying where dealers drop off in the buying process and developing data-driven measures to increase conversion measurably. You will work on technical partner integrations and API connections alongside engineering, conduct regular customer conversations to gather and structure feedback, independently manage and prioritize your backlog with data-backed reasoning, and track post-launch KPIs to inform next steps.
You'll work hybrid in the Munich office (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) with 10 additional "work from anywhere" days annually. The company offers 28 days vacation, semi-annual career development conversations, occupational pension with 20% employer contribution, subsidized public transit (Deutschlandticket), gym membership options, virtual stock options, modern IT equipment, structured onboarding with buddy program, and an active women's network.

- Strong analytical mindset: you work directly with data and derive decisions from it
- Excellent problem-solving and self-initiative: you identify issues proactively rather than waiting for assignments
- Strong communication skills: you explain complex topics clearly and enjoy direct customer interaction
- German at C2 level and fluent English
- Proficiency with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira and Confluence
- AI-native working style: you actively use tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot in daily work
**Nice-to-have:**
