In this Product Manager role, you will own features and improvements across your product area—from requirements through engineering implementation to launch. You'll analyze where dealers drop off in the purchase funnel and develop data-driven measures to increase conversion. You'll manage technical partner integrations and API connections alongside engineering teams, conduct regular dealer interviews to gather structured feedback, independently maintain and prioritize your backlog with data-driven reasoning, and track post-launch KPIs to inform next steps.
You'll work hybrid in Berlin Schöneberg (3 days office, 2 days remote, plus 10 days work-from-anywhere annually). The role emphasizes ownership, analytical rigor, and direct customer engagement. You'll operate in an agile environment and are expected to proactively identify problems rather than wait for assignments.
Benefits include 28 days vacation, twice-yearly career development conversations, occupational pension with 20% employer contribution, subsidized public transport (Deutschlandticket), fitness benefits, virtual stock options, structured onboarding with buddy program, and a diverse, inclusive workplace culture.
