Fyxer is seeking a Principal Growth Product Manager to drive product vision and strategy across a product domain alongside the product, growth, and leadership teams. This is a full-stack product role focused on using research, data, and experimentation to drive better bets, faster learning, and stronger commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the quality of product bets and the speed at which the team learns from them
- Transform ambiguous customer signals, product data, and market insights into clear problem framing and product strategy
- Partner closely with engineers and founders from the start of initiatives, shaping solutions collaboratively rather than handing over specifications
- Validate ideas and reduce risk using interviews, prototypes, experiments, product analytics, fake doors, usability testing, and behavioral analysis
- Ship, learn, and iterate quickly, continuously tightening the feedback loop between learning and building
- Raise the bar of product thinking across the team by coaching others, introducing scalable frameworks, and keeping the team close to customers
- Operate with significant autonomy and strong judgment, making informed decisions under uncertainty with imperfect information
