Cloudflare is seeking a Trust & Safety Investigator II to join its global Trust & Safety team in Singapore. This role focuses on investigating and resolving sensitive abuse claims, compliance issues, and trust & safety matters affecting Cloudflare's customers. You will work with a distributed team to handle escalated cases, legal requests (including subpoenas and court orders), and financial fraud investigations while maintaining high service-level agreement (SLA) performance.
Key responsibilities include administering efficient and compliant handling of legal requests and document production; performing operations with timely SLA delivery and high stakeholder satisfaction; partnering with Policy, Legal, and Product teams to scale processes; managing sensitive content and emotionally charged escalations with professionalism; and potentially participating in rotating weekend and off-hours coverage.
You bring 3–5 years of anti-abuse or support escalations experience at an Internet Service Provider or hosting provider. You have working knowledge of DNS and Internet infrastructure, experience collaborating with legal teams on document production, and familiarity with law enforcement interactions. You demonstrate strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while handling sensitive material tactfully.
Bonus qualifications include experience with legal considerations around hosted material (notice & takedown), DMCA and copyright/trademark issues, security threat identification and disruption, and compliance/sanctions regulatory regimes.
