As a Commercial Contracts Associate (NDA), you will join a high-impact team providing non-disclosure agreement review services to in-house legal teams at leading asset managers. You'll leverage AI agents to streamline the entire NDA lifecycle—from drafting and review to execution and negotiation. Key responsibilities include: - Using AI agents to generate, compare, and redline NDAs tailored to client guidelines - Advising clients on their NDA playbooks and market standards, ensuring AI agents understand client-specific context - Integrating AI agents into workflow management, execution, and counterparty coordination - Partnering with clients to demonstrate how AI-assisted workflows improve accuracy, transparency, and velocity - Collaborating with technology teams to continuously enhance the NDA review process You must be a qualified solicitor admitted in England and Wales with a current SRA practising certificate and 3–6 years of experience reviewing NDAs or similar agreements. Strong drafting, communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail are essential. You should have a genuine interest in applying technology to enhance traditional deal workflows and be fluent in AI—actively using it in day-to-day work with concrete examples of tools, workflows, and outcomes. Success milestones: by 30 days, you'll learn firm AI platforms and support the commercial contracts team; by 60 days, independently manage discrete NDA review components; by 90 days, lead AI-augmented workstreams in live reviews. You'll be part of the founding UK team bringing a proven US category leader to the UK market, with autonomy, visibility, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships backed by a world-class product and experienced executive team.
