As Treasury Operations Manager, you will be the first hire in Tide's Bulgaria Treasury Operations team, playing a pivotal role in EU expansion. You will report to the Treasury leadership and own critical financial operations across multiple dimensions.
Key responsibilities include:
Cash & Liquidity Management: Monitor and manage wholesale credit limits to ensure adequate liquidity while minimizing counterparty risk. Conduct short-term cash flow forecasting and variance analysis across group accounts. Collaborate on Treasury Management System implementation, including requirements documentation, design, and testing. Evaluate capital requirements, manage FX exposure, and optimize returns on short-term investments.
Bank Relationship Management: Partner with internal and external stakeholders on KYC and account management processes. Ensure all banking relationships comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Payments & Collateral Management: Execute payment and transfer activities with accuracy and timeliness. Manage collateral requirements and monitor collateral positions.
Process & Policy Development: Identify and implement improvements to treasury operations. Update procedural documentation in line with regulatory changes and business needs.
