As Treasury Operations Manager, you will own the operational excellence of the trading and treasury functions. Your responsibilities span three core areas:
Trade Operations: You'll process and execute trades end-to-end—order entry, modification, cancellation—while reconciling trade data across systems, investigating discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records and reporting.
Treasury & Cash Management: You'll manage daily cash positions and liquidity across multiple currencies and accounts, develop and implement cash forecasting models to optimize working capital, and oversee bank relationships for short-term investment and borrowing activities.
Risk & Compliance: You'll assist in monitoring market risk and implementing mitigation strategies (including currency risk management), and ensure all trade and treasury activities comply with regulations and internal policies.
Policy & System Development: You'll develop and maintain treasury and trade operations policies and procedures, collaborate with finance on financial planning, and support trading and treasury management systems.
The role requires 5+ years in trade operations, treasury management, or related financial services roles. You'll need a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field; deep knowledge of financial markets and trading concepts; advanced Excel proficiency; experience with treasury management systems; and meticulous attention to detail. An MBA, CTP certification, direct trading systems experience, or proven cash forecasting model development would strengthen your candidacy.
