Revolut is seeking a Treasury Manager to lead liquidity management initiatives as the fintech scales globally. Reporting to the Head of Treasury, you'll own the development and maintenance of best-in-class liquidity and funding management frameworks, working across product, risk, and business teams.
Key responsibilities include: developing and executing liquidity forecasting and stress-testing methodologies; analyzing liquidity and funding risk against regulatory requirements (LCR, NSFR); implementing tools for data capture, measurement, and reporting; reviewing and optimizing the bank's risk appetite for liquidity exposures; supporting business growth through liquidity and funding optimization; maintaining policies aligned with regulatory standards; developing and diversifying secured and unsecured funding programs; monitoring financial market trends and their funding implications; and designing the bank's liquidity investment portfolio.
You'll be at the forefront of new business initiatives, shaping how Revolut grows and scales. The role requires deep expertise in liquidity and funding management within global banking or fintech environments, with 6+ years of relevant experience. You must have thorough knowledge of US regulatory regimes, the ability to interpret and communicate regulatory impacts to senior stakeholders, and strong problem-solving skills to break down complex issues and drive practical solutions in a high-performance environment.
The position is hybrid, requiring 2–3 days per week in the New York office. Ideal candidates have experience at top-tier financial institutions or fintech companies in treasury, finance, or risk functions. Nice-to-have qualifications include expertise in other regulatory geographies (e.g., Europe), knowledge of liquidity stress-testing methodology, and a consultancy background.
