Ripple is seeking a Treasury Manager to join its growing global treasury operations team in Toronto. This role is central to managing daily cash and product operations across Ripple's worldwide infrastructure, supporting the company's mission to improve the global financial system through crypto solutions for financial institutions, businesses, governments, and developers.
Key responsibilities include preparing and processing cash flow transactions (payroll, tax, bank fees, treasury payments); managing entity funding, capital calls, loans, grants, and intercompany funding/settlement oversight; and providing continuous oversight of cash operations including daily cash handling, bank reconciliation, and account configurations. You will support internal and external audits, coordinate FBAR compliance, and monitor restricted accounts and letters of credit.
The role encompasses digital asset operations, including stablecoin (RLUSD) treasury operations, OTC trading support, and crypto-based AP and corporate payments. You will own global account and exchange management—opening/closing accounts, KYC verification, signatory updates, FBAR reporting, and user access management. Additional responsibilities include managing bank relationships, fee and yield reviews, letter of credit processing, and user access for banking portals and treasury management systems (GTreasury, Trovata). You will also support GTreasury implementation and automation initiatives.
The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of corporate treasury operations experience, preferably in high-growth startups or multinational environments. Required expertise includes domestic and cross-border payments, FX, digital asset payments, and proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets. Experience with SAAS treasury management systems (GTreasury, Kyriba) is a plus. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field is required; MBA, CFA, or CTP certifications are preferred. You should be analytical, proactive, organized, and comfortable influencing cross-functional partners (Tax, Legal, Financial Services, Trading, Accounting) at all levels. The role demands self-direction, rapid response to changing priorities, and strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
