Revolut is seeking a Treasury Manager to support its UK Bank operations and contribute to the company's continued rapid growth. The Treasury team plays a foundational role in new business initiatives, managing payment and financial risk infrastructure across functions, products, and regions.
In this role, you will be responsible for preserving and enhancing the UK Bank's financial stability while meeting customer obligations and maintaining compliance with risk appetite. Key responsibilities include supporting the launch of new features in the UK, executing operational processes for efficient treasury function management, monitoring daily cash movements to support customer activity and investment portfolios, and overseeing risk positions to ensure regulatory compliance.
You will develop a deep understanding of day-to-day operational processes using cutting-edge fintech and banking technology, while identifying opportunities to enhance processes, reporting, and procedures to optimize treasury operations. Required qualifications include 2+ years of treasury experience within a UK bank, excellent analytical and organizational skills, impeccable attention to detail, experience implementing new procedures and creating reports, and strong stakeholder management abilities. You should be comfortable breaking down complex problems and implementing solutions promptly, with a willingness to develop new skills through specialization and broad exposure.
