The Treasury Manager role supports Revolut's local treasury function in New Zealand, managing liquidity, market, wholesale credit, and capital adequacy risks. This is a hands-on position where you'll own end-to-end treasury processes and play a key role in financial decision-making. Key responsibilities include: - Managing liquidity, capital, and market risk across New Zealand operations - Designing and implementing treasury management frameworks and controls - Building and maintaining financial models for liquidity forecasting and risk management - Supporting Treasury-related regulatory reporting to the Reserve Bank of New Zealand - Advising the business on capital and liquidity requirements for new product launches and market initiatives - Managing relationships with banking partners - Staying current with New Zealand financial regulatory requirements You'll need at least 1+ years of treasury experience, ideally as a Treasury Analyst in banking or financial services. A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or mathematics is required, along with solid understanding of RBNZ regulations and local financial operations. Strong analytical skills, data-driven mindset, and ability to model complex financial concepts are essential. Nice-to-haves include SQL proficiency, CFA Level 1 certification, and NZFMA accreditation. Revolut values diversity and encourages applications from candidates with varied backgrounds.
