Revolut is seeking a Treasury Manager specializing in Asset-Liability Management (ALM) to join its rapidly growing Treasury team. This role is critical to Revolut's financial infrastructure, supporting the company's mission to deliver better financial products to 75+ million customers globally. In this position, you will develop and implement ALM frameworks, standards, and methodologies that align with regulatory requirements and business objectives. You'll design and enhance ALM reporting dashboards and analytical models to provide visibility into financial risks across the organization. Your work will drive continuous improvements in ALM processes and governance, ensuring Revolut maintains robust financial risk management as it scales. You'll lead or contribute to strategic initiatives within the ALM function, collaborating closely with stakeholders across Finance, Risk, and Product teams. A key responsibility is informing hedging decisions for currency exchange (FX) and running the funds transfer pricing (FTP) process—critical functions for a fintech operating across multiple currencies and regions. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of technical treasury experience, with deep expertise in ALM and liquidity management. You should be proficient in Python and SQL, with a STEM background and hands-on experience in a regulated European bank, ideally under ECB oversight. Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential. Familiarity with FRTB (Fundamental Review of the Trading Book) implementation is a plus. This is a remote role available to candidates in Poland, Portugal, or Spain. Revolut offers competitive compensation (PLN 20,200–22,500 gross monthly in Poland; other locations discussed during interviews) and operates as a certified Great Place to Work with 13,000+ employees worldwide. The company values diversity, inclusion, and building innovative solutions in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
