The company serves millions of customers and tens of thousands of businesses across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Kuwait. The Treasury Associate will support the Group Banking & Treasury team in day-to-day treasury operations, payment processing, and reconciliation activities. This role is critical for maintaining accurate bank data, resolving payment queries, managing bank compliance requirements, and ensuring the integrity of bank reconciliation processes across multiple entities and jurisdictions. Key responsibilities include: **Reconciliation & Bank Data Management:** Perform daily bank reconciliations across all group bank accounts in multiple countries, identifying and investigating discrepancies between bank records and internal ledger/ERP entries. Download periodic bank statements from online banking portals, update ERP systems (Wafeq/NetSuite) and internal tracking sheets with current and accurately formatted data, and track/clear suspense account balances monthly with complete substantiation. **Payments & Stakeholder Support:** Respond to internal and external payment queries by researching payment status across banking systems and ERP. Retrieve and issue Proof of Payment documents accurately and on time. Monitor manual collections, support inter-account transfers and fund flows between operational and settlement accounts, and liaise with internal stakeholders and local banks to resolve operational issues. **Compliance, Close & Continuous Improvement:** Serve as first point of contact for payment-related KYC and RFI queries from banking partners, gathering documentation to close them within required timelines. Maintain organized filing structures for bank statements and supporting documentation. Support month-end close activities and internal/external audits. Ensure compliance with banking regulations and cross-border fund-flow requirements. Contribute to process documentation and support process improvement and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, comfortable working across multiple banking portals and systems, and able to manage recurring operational tasks with high accuracy under time pressure.
