The Treasury team acts as the first line of defense for financial excellence and strategic growth, optimizing financial resources, managing risks, and ensuring robust liquidity and cash management.
As Treasury Analyst - Strategy & Planning, you will support critical financial operations across multiple entities and currencies:
**Liquidity & Capital Management**: Support liquidity and capital decisions across business lines, partner with FP&A and Risk teams to build resilient structures aligned with regulatory and operational needs, and support strategic growth initiatives.
**Cash Monitoring & Forecasting**: Manage daily global cash positioning and weekly forecasting, develop and maintain cash flow models supporting product expansion, and continuously improve financial models—particularly cash flow forecasting and product funding models.
**Business Support & New Product Review**: Provide treasury input on risk assessments for new launches (liquidity, funding, currency, operations), and serve as the treasury voice in cross-functional product development squads.
**Policy & Governance**: Build and maintain robust treasury policies for liquidity, FX, interest rate risk, and capital management; ensure fintech processes align with regulatory standards and internal controls.
**Corporate Debt & Intra-Group Funding**: Support debt financing strategies to fund growth and strategic initiatives, and manage intra-group funding arrangements including pricing, documentation, and tracking.
**Required qualifications**: 1-2 years treasury liquidity and capital management experience; background in financial services, preferably tech-driven or scale-up environments; intermediate-to-advanced financial modeling skills with willingness to upskill; strong accounting knowledge, cash-flow forecasting, and flow-of-funds expertise; self-starter mentality with extreme ownership; BI tool experience (Looker, Power BI, Tableau) desirable; ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments; excellent communication and stakeholder management.
