Atoms is building Physical AI—real-world robots for industries that move civilization forward, starting with food, mining, and transport. The company integrates hardware, software, AI, operations, manufacturing, and real estate to deploy and scale robotic systems in real environments.
You will own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume transport operations roles, partnering directly with operations leadership to build teams that keep physical systems moving. This is a hands-on recruiting role requiring speed, rigor, and high hiring standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full-cycle recruiting ownership: intake through offer close for transport operations positions
- Partner with hiring managers and operations leads to define role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and align on hiring strategy
- Proactive sourcing via Indeed, Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, and referral pipelines to build deep candidate pools ahead of need
- Screen and assess candidates for operational competency and cultural fit, providing structured feedback
- Design and iterate on interview processes to ensure they are structured, consistent, and predictive of performance
- Negotiate and close offers in partnership with People and Finance teams
- Track pipeline health, funnel metrics, and time-to-fill; use data to identify bottlenecks and drive improvement
- Represent Atoms's mission and culture authentically as a first impression for candidates
You bring 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-volume hiring environments. You have a proven track record closing roles in transport operations, fleet management, last-mile delivery, or related functions, and understand the talent landscape deeply. You are a strong sourcer who can find and engage passive candidates, communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders, and manage 10–15 open requisitions simultaneously. You are data-driven, organized, comfortable with ambiguity, and a self-starter who builds process where needed and cuts it where it isn't.
The role is based in San Francisco with five-day-per-week onsite work. Base salary is $120,000–$160,000 annually, with equity awards and performance bonuses as part of the total rewards package.
