Lovable is a software creation platform launched in November 2024 that enables anyone—from solopreneurs to enterprises like Adidas and Zendesk—to build software solutions. The company has grown to over 60 million projects and is recognized as one of Europe's fastest-growing AI companies, named to TIME's 100 Most Influential Companies, Forbes AI 50, and CNBC Disruptor 50.
This is a founding transformation leadership role reporting to executives, focused on building Lovable's enterprise transformation capability. You will work directly with C-suite executives at strategic customers to identify where AI-native software can fundamentally reshape how organizations operate. Your core responsibilities include:
**Customer Transformation Leadership**: Partner with enterprise executives to diagnose their highest-leverage problems and design transformation roadmaps powered by Lovable. You'll own strategic customer engagements end-to-end—from initial discovery through prototype, implementation, and scaled organizational adoption. You'll translate strategic ambitions into concrete workflows and drive alignment across stakeholder groups from operators to the C-suite.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with Forward Deployed Engineering to define business problems, scope solutions, and ensure delivered work becomes embedded in customer operations. You'll bring patterns and learnings from customer engagements back into Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market strategy.
**Function Building**: Define Lovable's transformation methodology, create repeatable playbooks and engagement models, and establish how Transformation partners with Sales and FDE. You'll build a scalable model that works across customers, industries, and geographies.
You should have significant experience leading complex enterprise transformations or strategic customer engagements, building and leading high-performing teams, and owning adoption and organizational change outcomes (not just recommendations). You need exceptional ability to move fluidly between C-suite strategy and operational detail, enough technical depth to collaborate with engineers and scope solutions, and strong commercial judgment about how large organizations operate. Ideal candidates have built new functions or practices from scratch, worked in enterprise AI or high-growth SaaS, combined consulting and operating experience, or worked with technical products and AI-native platforms.
