Dandy is transforming the dental industry through technology, building an operating system for dental practices globally. The Training Enablement Manager will join the rapidly growing Customer Training department as a strategic individual contributor focused on onboarding, learning design, and change management. In this role, you will synthesize training resources from cross-functional partners into actionable outputs for training teams, rather than building content from scratch. You'll drive strategic prioritization, enhance core processes, develop project plans for new initiatives, and execute high-quality onboarding and enablement sessions. The position has global scope, serving as the primary onboarding partner for the US team while supporting international expansion. This is a "doer" role requiring agility in a fast-paced startup environment, with no direct reports. Key responsibilities include: autonomously managing multiple parallel roadmaps balancing strategic speed with daily execution; building and managing enablement systems, content repositories, and reporting to ensure trainer consistency; owning the onboarding experience for new trainers to reduce ramp time across geographies; translating product updates into communications that drive customer adoption; turning tool and process updates into structured learning; applying enablement best practices to maintain high quality; and building scalable coaching systems that equip frontline leaders to develop trainers at every career stage. You'll need 3+ years in customer onboarding, adult learning, sales enablement, or fast-paced operations. Ideal candidates demonstrate execution agility, strategic alignment with leadership, a process-first mindset for mapping complex workflows, extreme autonomy, and cross-functional influence. Bonus experience includes operational infrastructure knowledge, learning management system curation, dental industry familiarity, enabling teams across US and international markets, and comfort with AI technologies for optimization and content synthesis. The role requires US-based working hours despite remote location.
