Salary: USD 70,000 - 75,000 / annual

Blank Street is a food and beverage brand on a mission to become the defining brand of its generation through elevated products and attention to detail. As Training Coordinator, you will support all training initiatives to ensure high product quality performance across Blank Street's store network in NY, DC, Boston, Philadelphia, and beyond. You will coach field teams on Blank Street standards, conduct product quality assessments, and create actionable reporting to help teams develop and improve. Key responsibilities include: • Oversee and track each barista's journey through the new hire training program, working with ops partners to ensure positive experiences. • Lead group orientations, in-store training sessions, and facilitate barista final assessments. • Conduct shift lead training certifications and assist with new product launches and key initiatives. • Manage and track compliance across multiple platforms for training completion, accreditation velocity, and store performance. • Conduct quarterly product quality assessments for Boston, DC, and NYC stores and develop actionable reporting for field leaders. • Develop cross-functional relationships to provide insight into store performance. • Serve as an inspirational leader with coffee knowledge and passion for the craft, tailoring training approaches to individuals. • Build and foster a learning culture at Blank Street, keeping teams motivated and engaged. This is a full-time role requiring 50 hours per week across 5 days, with flexibility to work outside store operating hours including weekends as needed. The role requires frequent travel to different Blank Street locations across multiple cities.
