BlueVine, the largest small business banking platform in the U.S., is seeking a Trainer II to design and deliver high-impact training programs for Customer Support and Risk teams. This hands-on role bridges business priorities, product updates, and process changes into engaging, practical learning experiences that prepare agents to succeed in a fast-paced fintech environment.
You will own the full training lifecycle: designing structured programs for new hires and upskilling existing employees, translating complex financial and operational concepts into clear, actionable content, and facilitating both virtual and in-person instructor-led sessions. You'll create facilitator guides, presentations, and interactive learning activities that connect directly to real customer interactions and day-to-day workflows.
Key responsibilities include delivering engaging training experiences through live facilitation, leading discussions and roleplays that drive participation, adapting your delivery style to audience needs, and maintaining a supportive learning environment. You'll continuously improve training content by gathering feedback, identifying learning gaps, and refining materials as products and processes evolve. You'll also support learner success by answering questions, reinforcing key skills, and helping bridge the gap between training and real-world performance.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of facilitation, content creation, or a combination of operations and training experience. You should have strong presentation and facilitation skills, the ability to break down complex topics into simple concepts, and experience creating diverse training materials. Experience in customer support, fintech, banking, or fast-paced operations environments is a plus. You're organized, cross-functional, learner-focused, and passionate about developing others and creating meaningful learning experiences.
