Salary: USD 110,000 - 150,000 / annual

Webflow, an agentic web marketing platform, is seeking a Total Rewards Analyst to design and deliver compensation and benefits experiences that are equitable, data-informed, and employee-centered. This is a full-time, permanent role reporting to the Sr. Director, Total Rewards. You will support and evolve global compensation programs and benefits offerings, ensuring they remain competitive and meaningful. Key responsibilities include: Compensation Analysis & Support: Administer annual and mid-year compensation cycles with accuracy and timeliness. Conduct job pricing using standardized methodologies for market benchmarking. Maintain pay ranges, support job mapping, and perform internal equity analysis. Support pay equity audits and data validation activities. Serve as first escalation for employee compensation questions via People Help tickets. Benefits Administration: Manage day-to-day benefits administration including enrollments, terminations, life events, and audits with international benefit providers. Own assigned components of Open Enrollment and renewal cycles. Coordinate with vendors on eligibility files and issue resolution. Drive Leave of Absence (LOA) processing and data updates. Support compliance activities (ACA, COBRA, statutory programs). Communicate benefits information clearly and serve as first escalation for employee benefits questions. Data Analysis & Reporting: Maintain compensation and benefits data accuracy across Workday, payroll, and vendor systems. Generate standard reports and dashboards supporting compensation cycles and benefits metrics. Identify patterns in data pointing to inconsistencies or improvement opportunities. Own compensation and benefits survey submissions and internal-to-external job mapping. Operational Excellence: Build scalable operations through automation and documentation. Work cross-functionally with senior team members and partners. Take ownership of defined processes across compensation and benefits disciplines.
