Payoneer, founded in 2005, is a global financial platform serving over 2,500 colleagues and customers in 190+ countries. The company simplifies cross-border business by removing friction from financial workflows including global payments, compliance, multi-currency management, workforce management, working capital, and business intelligence. The Total Rewards Analyst role supports the development, analysis, and administration of Payoneer's global compensation and benefits programs. This position is heavily focused on global compensation benchmarking, salary range management, annual compensation cycles, and global wellbeing and benefits programs. The analyst works across regions, partnering closely with Total Rewards regional partners, HRBPs, and People Services to ensure accurate data, strong governance, and consistent employee experience aligned with Payoneer's Total Rewards philosophy. Key responsibilities include: supporting global market data collection and job matching; analyzing survey results to produce insights and recommendations; building and maintaining global salary ranges and supporting tools; contributing to annual compensation cycles including data validation, planning templates, quality checks, and reporting; supporting global and local benefits administration including renewals and vendor coordination; contributing to global wellbeing programs and initiatives; maintaining job data accuracy across systems; assisting with compliance-related tasks such as audit requests and eligibility checks; conducting advanced analysis in Excel or Google Sheets and developing dashboards; preparing data for TR leadership and cross-functional partners; and collaborating with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and People Services on TR-related processes. The ideal candidate has 2–4+ years of experience in Compensation, Benefits, or broader Total Rewards, with global company experience preferred. Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel or Google Sheets capabilities are essential; experience with PowerBI, Python, or similar tools is a plus. Foundational understanding of compensation fundamentals (benchmarking, job matching, salary structures, annual cycles) is required. The role demands strong organizational skills, clear communication ability, and comfort working autonomously in a fast-moving, high-ambiguity environment. Candidates should demonstrate curiosity, willingness to experiment and learn new tools, high accuracy and attention to detail, and team-oriented collaboration across time zones.
