Papaya Global, a rapidly growing B2B SaaS unicorn in the payroll and payments space, is seeking a Total Reward & People Analytics Lead to join its HR Centers of Excellence team. Reporting to the Head of CoE, you will own and evolve the company's total reward practices and build people analytics as a core HR capability across the organization. In the Total Reward domain, you will manage and continuously improve compensation, benefits, and job architecture frameworks. This includes owning end-to-end execution of reward processes such as merit cycles, bonus programs, and ongoing compensation administration. You will ensure consistency, fairness, and market relevance across all reward programs while maintaining strong alignment with business goals, performance management, and organizational growth. You will partner closely with HRBPs, leadership, and Finance to support compensation decisions and ensure budget alignment. On the People Analytics side, you will serve as the central owner of people data within HR, working hands-on to analyze trends, identify gaps, and surface actionable insights. You will design and implement practical tools, HRIS solutions, and automations that improve how managers and HR operate. This includes managing HR systems across multiple domains, ensuring data accuracy and reliability, and driving the adoption of AI and advanced technologies to build internal tools that enhance efficiency and scalability. You will work across global teams in a fast-paced environment, translating complex data into clear narratives for senior stakeholders. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, detail orientation, and the ability to influence without direct authority while maintaining strong working relationships across the organization.
