Salary: USD 60,000 - 275,000 / annual
SpotOn is a restaurant technology company offering award-winning point-of-sale systems and AI-powered profit tools to independent restaurants and small businesses. As a Territory Sales Representative, you'll be the local SpotOn ambassador in your assigned Huntington Beach territory, responsible for prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals with restaurant owners and small business operators.
You'll manage the complete sales cycle from initial outreach through contract signature, focusing on selling SpotOn's full product suite including POS software and payment processing solutions. Your responsibilities include traveling to client sites within your territory, cold calling and prospecting new merchants, hitting monthly sales targets, and collaborating with the internal Sales Support team to ensure customer success and retention.
The role requires 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a focus on small business owners, merchants, or restaurants. You should have a proven track record of hitting sales goals, strong cold calling and prospecting skills, and the ability to build and manage a growing client portfolio. Salesforce CRM experience is a plus. You'll need to learn technology basics quickly and apply them to business situations, maintain client relationships collaboratively, and embrace feedback while holding yourself accountable.
