Inspira Education Group is a fast-growing edtech startup backed by leading VCs (Zeev Ventures, Quiet Capital, Craft Ventures) that democratizes access to high-quality admissions coaching for medical, legal, business, and college studies. The company operates as a network of top admissions coaches, combining software and services to disrupt traditional application processes.
As a Senior Academic Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for parents and students exploring Inspira's programs. You'll lead consultative inbound sales calls to understand client goals, explain the admissions process, and recommend appropriate programs and packages. Your core responsibilities include owning the full relationship from first touch through enrollment, building trust and guidance throughout the journey, and strategically following up to maximize conversion rates.
You'll close deals across multiple programs and services, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. The role involves experimenting with new scripts and messaging to continuously improve enrollment conversion. You'll leverage HubSpot CRM to manage the complete sales cycle—tracking leads, logging communications, creating templates, forecasting revenue, and maintaining data integrity. You'll also collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, counseling, and finance teams to ensure seamless handoffs and exceptional customer experience.
Additionally, you'll stay informed on competitor offerings and market trends, providing real-time feedback to founders and leadership to shape product, pricing, and go-to-market strategy. You'll support onboarding and customer success for newly enrolled students to ensure strong satisfaction.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of inbound sales experience in service-oriented or consultative environments with sales cycles under 2–3 months. You should have a proven track record selling premium service packages (ACV $5,000+) and exceeding targets. Strong communication skills, HubSpot proficiency, comfort with data and reporting (Excel/Google Sheets), and prior education or admissions sales experience are valued.
