WeTravel is seeking an Account Manager to join its growing customer success team. You'll be the primary point of contact for travel organizers and travel companies using the WeTravel platform, ensuring they maximize value and feel supported throughout their journey. In this role, you'll manage relationships with a diverse client base ranging from solo operators to established travel companies. Your responsibilities include proactive account management, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, resolving customer issues, and gathering feedback to inform product improvements. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Support, and Product teams to deliver exceptional service and drive long-term client satisfaction. Key responsibilities: - Manage and nurture relationships with new and existing clients - Proactively identify opportunities to expand product usage and upsell features - Serve as the primary point of contact for client questions and concerns - Collaborate cross-functionally to share customer feedback and improve service delivery - Solve customer issues with a calm, proactive, and friendly approach - Drive long-term client satisfaction and engagement You should have 2+ years of B2B account management or customer success experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple clients independently. Experience with SaaS sales, CRM platforms like HubSpot, or knowledge of the travel industry is a plus. You must be fluent in English, comfortable with both support and upsell conversations, and willing to travel up to 10% for client visits.
