Orchard Robotics is hiring a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to build and own a geographic territory serving major growers, farm-management companies, institutional landowners, and other large agricultural operations in Brazil. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting and developing value cases through structuring pilots, closing deals, and expanding multi-region accounts.
Orchard has built AI-powered camera systems that mount to tractors and scan millions of trees, vines, and plants, capturing precise data on yield estimates, fruit size, crop health, and disease. The company trains edge vision AI models that analyze every plant and determine exactly what interventions and treatments it needs. This intelligence flows into FruitScope OS, their farm-management platform, enabling growers to understand their crops, make better decisions, and direct operations in the field. Orchard is backed by $25M+ from leading investors including Quiet Capital, Shine Capital, and General Catalyst.
In this high-ownership role, you will own and grow an enterprise territory representing 100,000+ serviceable acres and close high-stakes, high-value deals. You'll generate pipeline through industry relationships, targeted outbound prospecting, and industry events. You'll lead the full sales cycle from discovery and in-field demos through ROI development, negotiation, and close. You'll build trusted relationships with farm managers, agronomists, executives, and technical stakeholders, maintain accurate forecasts and disciplined CRM management, represent Orchard at industry events and trade shows, and help shape pricing, product strategy, and market positioning as the company scales.
The ideal candidate has 3-7+ years of agriculture or ag-tech sales experience with both real grounding in agriculture (growing, agronomy, ag equipment, ag inputs, or packhouse operations) and a proven sales track record. You should be able to walk a block with a grower and speak their language. You must have proven success closing six-figure contracts with enterprise buyers, deep understanding of the agricultural sales cycle, strong communication and negotiation skills, and comfort operating independently. You're willing to travel approximately 25% of the time (all travel paid by the company), have relentless hustle and a can-do attitude, are fluent in written and spoken English, and able to travel to the United States for onboarding, sales kickoffs, and customer visits.
This is a full-time role based in your assigned geographical territory with meaningful ownership at a rapidly growing, category-defining company. You'll have autonomy owning the sales cycle, hosting industry events, conducting on-farm demos, and shaping how Orchard scales. The company offers medical, dental, and vision coverage with 100% of employee premiums covered, best-in-class uncapped commission, and competitive base pay. You'll report to the VP of Sales and work directly with the entire team.
