Nalu Medical (operating under Boston Scientific) is seeking a Territory Manager for Interventional Cardiology to lead sales efforts in the New Zealand North region. This is a field-based sales role reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager for Peripheral Interventions / Interventional Cardiology.
You will be responsible for developing and executing territory plans to achieve annual revenue commitments and build sustainable long-term business growth. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, driving new business development, executing sales and marketing strategies to hit IC product portfolio targets, and completing the IC and Structural Heart training program to maintain high technical and market knowledge.
You will proactively partner with the broader ANZ IC and Structural Heart team to identify training, research, and engagement opportunities for customers. You'll cultivate relationships across hospital management, purchasing departments, and clinical staff. Additional duties include attending conferences and exhibitions to promote Boston Scientific products, conducting market analysis and regular reporting, preparing quarterly Territory Business Meetings with strategic goal reviews, managing consignment inventory with regular audits, and identifying tender and corporate account opportunities.
The role requires domestic and international travel. You will represent Boston Scientific values with integrity and demonstrate a results-oriented mindset with resilience and urgency.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Commercial experience with demonstrated sales success; strong preference for Medical Devices industry background
- Cardiology experience preferred but not essential
- Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining strong relationships
- Quick learner with ability to gain clinical knowledge rapidly
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage a flexible work schedule independently and collaboratively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Results-focused with resilient, flexible approach
- Tertiary education in science or business
- Willingness to complete code of conduct via MTAA or Medicines Australia
