Halter is a venture-backed agtech company transforming grazing and dairy operations through innovative technology. You will manage a portfolio of large corporate dairy and beef operations across the Southland region, driving customer success from initial rollout through full-scale integration with Halter technology. This is a high-stakes, high-impact role critical to Halter's enterprise growth in New Zealand. Key responsibilities include: - Enterprise Customer Success: Embed yourself in the success of Halter's largest strategic customers, ensuring they realize full value from their investment. Understand their goals and farm systems deeply, help them integrate Halter into daily operations, and surface measurable impact across their business. - Strategic Account Management: Build trusted, long-term relationships with farm teams, operational teams, and executive stakeholders. Know when to guide, challenge, and step in to unlock new value. Own customer outcomes. - Executive Engagement: Work directly with senior leaders and multi-entity decision-makers. Understand organizational structures, surface strategic pain points, and partner with the Enterprise Sales Manager to tailor solutions. Support expansion and renewal conversations. - Influencer & Network Management: Build relationships with rural professionals, consultants, and industry influencers who shape opinion and purchasing behavior. Become known and respected in the region as a trusted Halter advisor. - Enterprise Growth Strategy: Collaborate with the NZ Enterprise Sales Manager to co-create account plans, drive territory expansion, and identify new revenue streams within your customer base. - Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with product, support, and sales teams to champion your accounts internally. Surface product feedback, coordinate training, and align on rollout strategy. - Forecasting & Planning: Contribute to accurate revenue forecasting and strategic planning. Track account performance and identify early signals of risk and growth. - Scalable Growth Initiatives: Help evolve how Halter supports and grows its largest customers. Refine account management strategies and build scalable playbooks. Your day might involve negotiating million-dollar contracts in a boardroom, reporting KPIs to a GM, or driving change with farm managers in the field. You'll navigate multiple layers within complex organizations, adjusting your communication to convey the right context and value to all parties. Frequent travel within the South Island is required, with expected travel up to 50% of the time. REQUIREMENTS: - Enterprise account management experience managing large, complex accounts and driving growth over time - Comfort navigating executive rooms, operational teams, farm teams, multiple stakeholders, and matrixed business structures - Real experience in dairy and beef production systems; credibility and deep knowledge of high-performing dairy farms - Strong commercial instincts: ability to find value, expand accounts, and deliver results - Customer-centric mindset: anticipate needs, address problems early, drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction - Team-first collaboration across roles and functions - Ability to work independently in fast-changing environments; proactive problem-solving and quick adaptation - Growth mindset and willingness to stretch yourself - Travel readiness: comfortable being in the room, paddock, or boardroom when it counts; prepared for up to 50% travel
