Salary: USD 60,000 - 95,000 / annual

Odeko is an all-in-one operations and technology platform serving over 20,000 independent coffee shops, cafes, and food establishments. The platform enables customers to purchase supplies from hundreds of brands, track ordering trends, finance equipment, and access insurance—helping them increase revenue, reduce environmental impact, and save on cost of goods and vendor management time. As Territory Manager in Dallas/Fort Worth, you will be the revenue leader for your city, driving growth through new customer acquisition and account expansion. Your responsibilities include: • Achieving monthly revenue goals by securing commitments from independent coffee shop owners and successfully onboarding them to Odeko's local supply delivery service • Leveraging Odeko's data-driven prospect database to develop new client relationships and drive high-speed partnership growth in the market • Owning the full customer relationship lifecycle—pre and post-sales—with focus on retention and expansion through upselling, in-person cafe visits, and new product launches • Collaborating with Operations and Support teams to resolve day-to-day customer issues quickly • Maintaining meticulous CRM records in HubSpot to track activity, conversations, and enhance the customer journey across the revenue team • Partnering with vendor partners to collaborate on local coffee events and conduct sampling campaigns for prospective customers • Serving as primary liaison between customers and internal teams, advocating for product or process improvements based on customer feedback • Continuously developing knowledge of local and national trends within the specialty coffee industry You will work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with a 400+ person team spread across multiple departments, all unified by the mission to support independent small businesses. REQUIREMENTS: • 2+ years of relevant sales, account management, business development experience, OR local coffee community leadership experience • Demonstrated experience discovering and closing sales opportunities and building client relationships • Self-directed with comfort in constantly evolving environments • Proven ability to successfully manage a pipeline to achieve revenue targets • Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs • Passion for coffee and small business (background in coffee is a bonus)
