Salary: USD 125,000 - 200,000 / annual

HeartFlow is a publicly traded medical technology company (HTFL) that develops AI-driven diagnostic solutions for coronary artery disease, the leading cause of death worldwide. The company's flagship product, HeartFlow FFR_CT Analysis, provides a non-invasive, 3D color-coded model of coronary arteries to help clinicians assess blood flow impact and identify stenoses. The product is cleared in the US, UK, Europe, Japan, and Canada, and has been used for over 750,000 patients globally. As a Territory Account Manager (TAM), you will serve as HeartFlow's primary representative within a designated geographic region (Yonkers/Eastchester, NY area). This is a customer-facing role focused on driving adoption of HeartFlow's cCTA and FFR_CT clinical pathways among key strategic hospital and health system accounts. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute business development plans with key strategic accounts, working closely with account stakeholders to drive growth and adoption. - Maintain and build relationships with referring physicians, cardiologists, primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, and other clinical decision-makers. - Educate customers on HeartFlow's value proposition through presentations, discussions, and clinical pathway education. - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with internal teams including Territory Sales Manager, Marketing, Market Access, CT Apps, Product Development, and Clinical teams. - Organize and staff clinical engagement programs including dinner events, VIP visits, CT pathway road-shows, and referring physician office meetings. - Drive HeartFlow usage and adoption within assigned accounts by promoting the cCTA/FFR_CT pathway and building physician advocacy. - Meet or exceed quota for strategic accounts and achieve targets for cCTA growth (conversion of non-invasive tests) and FFR_CT penetration/case growth. - Expect approximately 20-25% travel from a home office. Requirements: - 4-year degree with 5+ years of related sales or clinical experience, OR 2-year degree with 7+ years of related sales or clinical experience. - Degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing, or Technical field preferred. - Proven sales skills and track record of sales achievement. - Experience building and supporting strong clinical programs preferred. - Quick learner able to grasp and disseminate new clinical/technical information. - Prior experience in medical device, cardiology pharmaceuticals, cardiology radio-pharmaceuticals, hospital, or medical software highly desired. - Experience introducing new cardiovascular technologies into hospitals highly desired. - Knowledge of cardiac patient pathways and diagnostic technology preferred. - Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional etiquette. - Strong problem-solving ability, self-motivation, and ability to work in cross-functional team environments. - Customer-focused mentality with ability to work effectively with diverse technical and clinical backgrounds.
